A meta tag on a web page stores key words describing the web site to a search engine for use when someone searches for one of those keywords.

Answer:
No. The international application must be filed through the USPTO. The USPTO must certify that certain information in an international application based on a U.S. basic application.

Question: My spouse owned a trademark registration and has since died. Do I own it now?

Answer:
